We had a total of 5 people in other party. We had one order of a doughnut sundae and a cup of moose tracks. The doughnut sundae came out as a brownie sundae, when we told them they made it wrong the employee just stated...“you said brownie sundae”, clearly we didn’t. We had many people in our group that heard our guest order a doughnut sundae. Another child in our group ordered moose tracks ice cream. It was great at first until he pulled 2 really big pieces of chocolate out, which isn’t always A bad thing, but there was more hard chocolate than ice cream. Save the trip and go to Honeycone a few doors down.More

The Causeway Dairy Bar has the best ice cream and food, and by far the nicest staff and owners of any spot in Naples or the surrounding areas. They are friendly and accommodating to all, and whatever we order there we love! Great food and...great value. Highly recommended!More

Our surprise was the fact that they also prepare burgers and stuff in addition to numerous flavors of ice cream. Ice cream places in Harrison, Naples, and Bridgton were closed for the season. Only game in town for an evening sweet tooth over Labor Day.

The service was unmatched. The staff was very kind and welcoming to their little store. There are tons of different flavors of ice cream, chocolate dipped bananas, Italian ice, and many more desserts. I went here everyday with my boyfriend and got served pretty quickly....It was a little pricey for ice cream but I personally believe it was worth it. It’s in a quieter part of Maine and can satisfy anyone. :)More

Love the ice cream. Being local the only negative is when they close for the season and the lobsta rolls are probably third beat in town but they are still pretty darn good. Might take the boat to the causeway tonight for some yumminess. They...make you feel young again eating a cone looking out over the lake!More

Stopped in for a treat after dinner - lots of options and the service was fast. I tried the Maine Black Bear - it was really good. Kids loved the Italian ice option. Parking can be tricky when it is busy - you need to...park on the street.More

Good ice cream with friendly service. Have gotten ice cream here many times. Last night we ordered a child and a regular cone. Ice cream tasted great. Problem is that the size of the scoops was incredibly small and the cone was totally empty. We...noticed the server in the other window was giving customers hefty servings. The night before we also got ice cream there and the portions were more than double. Please train your staff to be consistent. We would have complained right there but there were long lines and did not want to embarrass your employee. Management should have noticed this and fixed the problem before it reached its customers. Please be nice to the employee. He was very nice. He just needs better training.More

I order a child ice cream (1 scoop) my husband ordered a regular (2 scoops) the total was $7.00. Pretty pricey for ice cream. Also they had 2 tip jars. One for Mainers and one for out of state customers. They have a compilation who...can tip better. I found no humor in this. Very tacky!More
