Stopped in for a light dinner while visiting UNE COM with my daughter. We really wanted lobster but lobster was not on the current off-season menu. Daughter had muscles in garlic sauce and I had bowl haddock chowder. The muscles and chowder were very tasty and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even apologized for the off-season lobster miss. Dining... More

This restaurant was recommended by Mitch at Aquarius Motel and we were not disappointed! Two of us had the twin lobster dinner and one had the haddock. All of us enjoyed our dinner and our waitress was very good. The atmosphere was downhome good and everyone was friendly. Prices were very reasonable.

Our trip got of to a bad start taking us to the ER! We got out of the ER near 8:30 starved and ready for seafood and an adult beverage. We saw Jumpin Jake's was open and boy were we glad!! Great meal! We will return

Tried Jumpin Jakes for the first time last evening. Luckily we arrived during happy hour and had $3 craft beer! We had a swordfish special which was delicious even if we had it without the blackening spices and double veggies rather than rice. Accommodations were made cheerfully. Waitress was very nice and efficient. We will go back and wish we... More

The food here was great. The portions were huge and the fish was fresh. Eclectic beer menu. Excellent service. Can't wait to go back!!

I have eaten here many times was so disappointed in the serving size of my dual plate of scallops and fried clams. I believe my serving was shared with someone else.

The place was busy. The baby loaf of warm bread was just enough. Iced tea was just colored water with no flavor. The Haddock sandwich was huge & excellent. The fried mushrooms were terrible. Our server was a 2 out of a ten. 3 waitresses later we finally got some additional tarter sauce. Yes I'd go back & try other... More

We had a nice family dinner, but the batter on all of the fried food was way too thick and heavy. The combo dinner I had was clams and scallops and there was only one clam belly on the whole plate. My daughter loved her lobster roll, but my son was wondering where the rest of his fish was!
