Trackside is not in the immediate Rockland downtown so it took me a while to find and try it out. Pretty standard pub-type fare, but all good! And great drinks.

We had a hour to kill and we wanted to grab a quick bite. The place was crazy busy. The local school was playing in the basketball state championship. The staff was really, really working hard. They were a little frazzled but they did a great job of taking care of everyone. They even made a moment to explain what... More

We have been here several times, for lunch and never a complaint. Good specials, daily, and good regular menu. The onions rings are the best!! We love them! Friendly staff.

Have been here a few times now and never disappointed. Nice selection of beer on tap as well as great pub food. Full menu and fresh local specials daily. Has tv's placed throughout and can view local sports. Servers are very friendly and great food. We enjoy stopping here and look forward to doing so again soon.

I've eaten here a few times (mostly because my partner is a fan) and find that I'm 50/50 on whether I really like it or not. The food is decent but not always consistent. The staff, for the most part, is pleasant and friendly. During busy season (especially if there is an in town event) can be a bit slow.... More

Wonderful atmosphere in an old train station with much of the old ambiance. The menu is pretty basic but the food was well prepared. I ordered a medium ribeye and, not the best piece of meat, it was exactly medium. My wife had fried shrimp and was very pleased. Glad we tried it - it was a good experience, probably... More

I would have given trackside a 4 but the scollops in my linguine were blah! My wife ordered the fried scollops and they were very very good. The bartender/waitress did a wonderful job. The interior was decorated for Halloween and looked nice. I may go back the only thing that would hold me back are the prices. Dinner for two... More

On vacation and wife and I were looking for a place to watch a game and came across trackside. First it is actually a working train station on a limited basis and the building is beautiful, inside and out. Very friendly folks and helped us watch the game of our choice, apps were very good, especially loved the mushrooms, fresh,... More

In April 2009, Kelly and Michael Woods transformed Rockland’s Historic Train Station at 4 Union St. into the lively restaurant and bar Trackside Station. Known for its great food and entertaining atmosphere, Trackside Station won 7 “Best of the Best” awards in 2012: Appetizers, Wings, BBQ, Night Spot, Sports Bar and two more awards for their entertaining and friendly Server and Bartender.Trackside Station’s unique space features 24-foot ceilings, a large bar area with 8 different beers on tap along with large flat screen televisions and a 150-inch drop-down projection screen.Head Chef Chaz Doherty joined Trackside in mid-April 2013. Doherty, a Johnson & Wales graduate, brings a great deal of experience to Trackside with a diverse background. Doherty has worked in restaurants for most of his life, learning all facets of the business from front of house to back of house. Customers can enjoy fresh cuisine with house-made items. Doherty cures all of Trackside’s bacon in-house, grinds meat for a custom burger blend as well as bakes their sandwich rolls daily. Trackside offers a variety of seafood including fresh Maine lobster and crab meat, shrimp, scallops, clams and haddock. Other popular items include their house-made gnocchi, pork belly, pulled pork and chicken, fresh veggie plate, salads, pizzas and more.In addition to food, Trackside also features weekend entertainment including DJ music, a Name That Tune game, a Touch Tunes jukebox and live music.
