They have delicious pasta and everything is very affordable! The service was great and even though it was very busy, everyone was very attentive!

During our impromptu spring break visit to Portland, my children picked Olive Garden as their restaurant of choice. I tried their new light meal: grilled chicken with lemon, garlic sauce and grilled zucchini. My daughter picked the tour of Italy, which gave her lunch for the next day (huge portions) and my son picked the soup, salad and breadsticks. When... More
There are (were) 3 OGs near me. The food in Biddeford was by far the best of the 3. It closed, unfortunately. So, I usually go to Portsmouth, NH and the food is generally good. Last Tuesday I was closer to the South Portland location. The family was out of town so I thought I'd grab a to go order.... More
Olive Garden was my daughter's favorite growing up. Today I took both she and my granddaughter for lunch. Had I visited the restroom before our meal we would have left. It was filthy and smelled of urine. It desperately needed a thorough cleaning. I tend not to trust kitchen cleanliness if the visible, customer service side is unclean. Our server... More
The atmosphere was about the same as it always has been but from there everything seemed to be going downhill. Our waitress last month was not attentive and the service from our waitress was very slow. Olive Garden used to have great Toscano blend coffee that my husband (who has discerning taste in coffee) really loved; however, the coffee that... More
I went here the other night for dinner on a gift card. I'd much rather spend my time\money at a non-chain, but it wasn't all that bad. The setting was pretty nice, although the table seemed far from the booth seats (short people problems), and the back of the chair I was in was very much upright! Another new thing-... More
Thinking back, I wish I had complained about the terrible food to the manager while we were in the restaurant. Still kicking myself about that. The food was worse than day old diner crap. Stale, bland, burned, dry -you name it, this restaurant served up the worst of everything. Anyone serving this garbage should be embarrassed. On top of it,... More
Very busy atmosphere. The décor not as good as many others I have visited. Mostly tables vs booths that some had. Have been going to this chain for many years. First time back in about a year. We found the menu had changed pretty dramatically. Several of the items we loved no longer on the menu. Food is always good... More
Went there before a Dr.'s appointment, It was busy, and the atmosphere was that of a fancy Italian restaurant.. The foyer had plenty of seating but they brought my friend a chair, till our number was called. We were originally brought to a booth, but she asked for a table with chairs. The waitress seemed like she knew me, cause... More
Good food as always for the chain BUT the friendliness and service by both the hostess and server was great. We were passing through from FL on our way further north and they visited with us and made us feel so welcome!!
