Visited this cafe twice we liked the scones so much. Light and fluffy scones with just the right amount of blueberries. Made a great snack on our hike.

Lunch was good. Reasonably priced. Interesting take on pizza. Definitely not your typical take out fare

The Little Notch Café is perfect place for morning coffee. The place opens at 8 am so if you need some coffee to start your day this is the place. The staff consisted of 3 foreign students (pretty much all shop in MDI employess foreign student) with excellent English. We had late lunch (pizza and sandwiches) few times. I would... More

We returned to SWH for Memorial Day weekend and, of course, stopped by the Little Notch for a lunch on their opening day. And I'm glad to report that their salad is still tops (it's the dressing!). For a change I tried their chicken Panini... and as anticipated, was well satisfied by their fine combination of spices and cheeses. Of... More

Great coffee but baked goods were less than tasty. Heavy dough for both sticky bun and apple pastry were really a disappointment.

Not only is this the business where you can also get great flatbread pizza but the other part of this delightful shop is their baked goods. No doubt about it, the cookies are "delish".

We got sandwiches to-go here to take on our hikes and enjoyed their delicious pizza. Loved the thin crust and fresh ingredients

Always an interesting option available here. It sells bread, sandwiches, croissants and sweets, always delicious.

Went twice, once for coffee and scone. Scone was not a scone, not a muffin, not bread....something in between. Second try was lunch. Had a BLT wrap. Thick cut bacon, fatty and literally uncooked! Disgusting to see what I pulled out of ths wrap. I showed it to staff, they couldn't have cared less. In a small place like Southwest... More

Tried out this small but very crowded restaurant. The service was friendly (family owned) with lots of pictures on the wall. The sandwiches were excellent and the ice cream - well what can you say?
