Have been there many times. Staff is friendly, food average, and restaurant is quite clean. Until recently. Customers were allowed to walk around "maskless." In these Covid-19 times, we ALL need to do our best to help one another. Bartender's friends were clearly not helping.

We visited this restaurant while staying in Topsham on vacation. The food was really good. I had the scallops. They were great! The service was also good.

Okay it's still covid...I get it ..paper menus that are barely legible, slow service and a horrible menu that never seems to change... the tiny portions really make this place a no go for us...we are finally done visiting this place forever.

June 7, 2020 our first time venturing out since some places are now doing 'seated' dinners. We were asked to wear masks until we were seated then we could remove them. Every other booth was roped off to keep a good distance between parties. Servers...kept masks on. The food arrived faster than it has in the past. Generous portions and hot! We had baked scallops, fish and chips and fried shrimp dinners. The seafood was fresh and yummy! The French fires and cole slaw was also very good. There are no condiments on the table. Ketchup, tarter sauce, salt and pepper came in individual containers. It is good to know what to expect when venturing out now. Our servers were top notch.More

Went to happy hour on a busy Friday night. As usual there was a wait at the bar. But no there was room at the bar but not a stool. There was a dog sitting at the bar at a barstool... very unappetizing! Since when...do so called service dogs sit at the bar on a stool over a paying customer? Allowing a service dog in is one thing as they sit on the floor. But allowing a “service” dog at the bar is a completely wrong and disgusting. Come on 99 get a clue and your managers should be ashamed of themselves.More

I made the mistake of going for the hot buttered lobster roll. Sadly, it was a disappointment. The meat was kinda tough (like it had maybe been frozen) and it was pretty skimpy. There was no tail meat in the roll - just knuckle and...claw meat. I expected more for the price since most places around here change about the same thing (about $20) but most use at least some tail meat. My wife’s steak was good. The asparagus served with the steak was good but there were only 3 pieces. The fries served with the lobster were fairly standard. Coleslaw is too sweet and runny. I also had a cup of what was advertised as “seafood chowder “. Mine was “seafood flavored “ but no advertised seafood. Just a few potato chunks. Service was excellent as was the complimentary popcorn.More

For a chain restaurant it's a decent place to have dinner.Great for kids and families. Prices are reasonable and the quality is good. Yes it's a chain restaurant and its Cisco packaged partially processed food. Beats McDonald's.

This is a favorite destination for friends and family. Prices are reasonable, but more important the staff is always professional and friendly.

I am not sure but I do know that they have a new menu that has wonderful items on it. This place is much better than my last experience there.
