We split between the last unicorn and Amicis for family weekends and birthdays. The Unicorn has a good mix of standard american fare. Good service and food and a nice atmosphere make it appealing.

The menu was an intriguing collection of local fare prepared in unique ways. I tried the Thai Spiced Catfish which was quite spicy and tasty. Portions were adequate but not large. The staff was welcoming and attentive. A good recommendation for something different and unexpected.

Walked in and immediately liked the atmosphere. Was seated quickly but service was overall very slow. Perhaps they were short staffed today. The falafel wrap was very disappointing! The "falafel" was more like hummus - not the crunchy treat I was expecting. The wrap was dripping with too much sauce and soggy. The Unicorn Salad was ok but overpriced for... More

Good local food and a quaint local stop in a college town. Food was very good with lots of options for vegetarians and meatarians. A lot of beer and wine options as well.

The restaurant is very warm and inviting and so is the staff. We were greeted right away and the hostess said it was about a 15 minute wait. I asked if there was seating at the bar and she said to follow her because the people she was seating were sitting at the bar and we could have their seats.... More

I had one of the best piece of catfish I have every eaten. Two of our party of four had the sizzling Thai catfish and one thought it was a bit too spicy I thought it was absolutely just right. The menu is eclectic but there was something for all and from my view point well prepared and served. I... More

The lunch menu has something for everyone, and from the salads to the burgers, everyone in our group was happy. Their kettle chips are delicious! If the weather is nice, there's outdoor dining. While it's right in town, their seating area is quiet and pleasant.

We went for lunch and loved the totellini with mushrooms & smoky ham so much that we ordered a dinner portion to take home! Great service and very relaxed atmosphere, highly recommended!

Salads are fresh, crisp, creative, and delicious. Salmon on top was perfectly cooked and homemade dressings are yummy! Try the Green Goddess!

Met up with an old school friend for lunch . The fresh locally grown garden vegetables & the clever presentation of food is always a draw to this restaurant. The wait staff is well versed on the daily specials & present it with such enthusiasm that all choices were enticing. We both enjoyed our choices & were p,eased with the... More
