As a Waterville-area vegan, there is no local restaurant which I prefer to Lebanese Cuisine. It is cozy, affordable, and absolutely delicious. The owners are very nice and helpful. They are always ready when you ask about vegan options. I highly recommend Lebanese Cuisine!!

This is a long standing little "Hole in the Wall" business day restaurant that has had a long standing reputation for superior middle eastern ethnic cuisine. The dining environment is conservatively spartan but you must not let that inhibit your visit as you will be...well served with some the finest Lebanese delicacys available regionally. These local folks are well known in the community for their expertise in their craft and a visit there will only reward your taste buds. You will be delighted. Belng middle eastern, I was raised on this fare by a long since departed grandmother from Armenia thus my remarks should have some degree of qualifications and validation here. The fare is authentic and I believe once discovered you will frequently repeat your experience. So treat thy self when in Waterville Maine!More

If you like real Lebanese food go here. The restaurant is a tiny, humble place on the outside but the food is great on the inside. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well as options for carnivores. I had a veg Sfeha and a...zataar. Both were very tasty. The tabouleh I had was very good but personally I would have enjoyed a bit more lemon juice. Having said that I would not hesitate to order it again. Very friendly and helpful folks.More

I was told about this restaurant and got off the highway to find it. The downtown construction in Waterville made things interesting. I finally parked in a municipal lot, plugged the restaurant into my phone and found my way there. It was worth the short...trek! They were just making falafel so I ordered some and also tried both the meat and spinach pies. It was all delicious! I got some of each of these to take with me and also bought a package of pita bread. It’s far superior to what you can find in your typical grocery store...More

I stopped in to check out this place as a friend recommended it. They do not take credit cards just cash or check so I walked across the street to the atm. I had never had Lebanese food before so I tried the shawarma which...was awesome and then had a great cup of lentil soup. I grabbed 3 pies to take home. A great meal and I’ll definitely be back.More

I visited yesterday and dine there with moderate frequency. Stuffed grape leaves are as tasty Best middle eastern food I have ever had. Stuffed cabbage and baklava. Light and delicious. I have eaten in middle-eastern homes. Owner and her daughter are lovely. Lebanese in town...all eat there. What a find.More

If you like authentic middle eastern cuisine then this is the place. Once a taxi stand converted into a quaint eatery which has been a mainstay in Waterville for decades.

This restaurant is "simple," the best kind of simple in all respects. Its exterior almost hidden in the middle of Temple Street is a clean bright white with lovely flower boxes well maintained, too. The interior, clean white, simple tables and chairs, immaculate. The menu,...simple and short with Lebanese standards that are home made, right there, and are very tasty. Orders are prepared when ordered, not in advance. The prices are far, far more than reasonable. Pleasant, friendly service. What a delight that has been around for years...and I hope years to come. With all the other standard ethnic restaurants or "pretend ethnic," this little spot is very welcomed and highly appreciated. What a treat.More

This is really more of a luncheonette/snack spot. The food was tasty, but on the bland side so not especially interesting. Very limited options for main dishes. A variety of typical Middle Eastern baked goods to go with coffee.
