We stayed just down the road from Seed & Bean and had to drive by it every time we would leave our vacation spot. I said 100x's I wanted to go there before we left and we finally did. The coffee is smooth and non-acidic. I thoroughly enjoyed the lattes we got here. It's an inviting little place with friendly,... More

I was traveling through Kennebunk for business and a co worker recommended Seed & Bean coffeeshop for a quick pit stop before work. I was delighted to be greeted by the wonderful employees, followed by quick service and delicious coffee. I ordered the Nutella Latte and a breakfast panini to go, which turned out to be a great combination, just... More

Cute little coffee shop but don't look down. I was plugging in my computer and noticed coffee stains splattering the floor boards and food crusted on the wall and crumbs everywhere. It's a real turn off, please someone shut this place down for a day or two and clean it. It truly is a great place, just needs to be... More

This might be one of the coolest spaces in the Kennebunks. Be sure to grab a double expresso and explore the various rooms. The owners have created a space that is unique in decor, uncompromising in it's authenticity and comfortable for conversation or a quite read.

If you like out of the way places, this might be just right for you. Great coffee, very good panini, interesting atmosphere. Glad to have found it, will return soon with a friend who will like it, too.

The Seed and Bean is in a beautifully renovated old home. There are a variety of great local items for sale from paintings to bread. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere feels more like the kind of place you'd hang out in and chit chat for a few hours and a grab and go coffee shop. The coffee... More

Love this old house turned into a coffee shop. Great atmosphere, fun location and interior. Love what they're doing here. Don't love Coffee By Design and think they should use Carpe Diem, but that's not a huge problem. Cozy/quality spot.

This gem is 1.2 miles from the Kennebunk exit off I 95. We stopped there today for lunch. So pretty and relaxing....fabulous paninis and wraps, I had a bacon, blue cheese and turkey panini, it was delicious. Peaceful atmosphere, could not be more different from the chaos of the highway food plaza.

I usually go to the Seed and Bean for coffee with friends. The service is friendly and efficient and the coffee is great. I have had sandwiches and salad there too and both were very good. I enjoy the atmosphere created by the ever changing art show on the walls. It's all good at the Seed and Bean.
