A beautiful restaurant overlooking Whale Bay. We arrived by ferry and the hotel sent a courtesy bus to collect us and took us back to the beach at the end of our meal. The food is outstanding and the wines chosen to compliment were excellent. Do not miss the fried oysters or passion fruit soufflé. A very memorable day. Thank... More

We went to Jonah's as a Birthday treat for my father's 82nd Birthday. We had a wonderful time, and it was well worth the money. The food was excellent, especially the dessert. The service was outstanding, warm & friendly , and not at all pretentious. I must especially mention the service of Sarah, the maitre d' .She was very friendly... More

First time to Jonah's for lunch (even thought living 4 km away). The view of Whale Beach is amazing. One of the best restaurant's I've been. Service was faultless. All service staff are friendly and attentive. This place also have a wine connoisseur to assist you in selecting the wine to go with your meal. The food are exquisite. A... More

We arrived at Jonah's in an evening wanting drinks and tapas on The Terrace. This is not something you had to book and we were able to get seats to enjoy the view. The waiter took our order - one drink wasn't correct, so we requested it to be redone. The second time it came out, it still wasn't what... More

Sometimes you read good reviews but the experience is not what you expect so you get a little disappointed. This definitely was not the case for Jonah's Restaurant, 3 words come to mind. Wow,wow and wow. I don't know what was better Restaurant it self, the spectacular view, the service and product knowledge of the staff or the food. If... More

Have been to Jonahs before for a few luncheons and they never disappoint. They have changed up the menu since I have last been which is expected. I had the 3 course($115) with the matched Wines.($68) Starter "Fried Zucchi Flowers with Prawns"(Tomato Jam, Goats Curd oregano), Entree "The Spinach Linguine(Shredded Rabbit, Shitakke Mushrooms, Truffle Pecorino) Main(+25extra) "Dry Rubbed aged beef... We visited for a family breakfast in a Sunday morning and it was a great experience. Sarah the maitre d' gave us a fantastic welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. She was also able to adjust the mains to accommodate the several lacto vegetarians in our party (no eggs). Afterwards we had a very pleasant time sipping teas... More

In Sydney on a five-day visit from New York, we had solicited the advice of a local journalist (friend of a friend) for interesting things to do outside the standard tourist itinerary. Her recommendation and a bit of online research led us to book with Sydney by Seaplane for an excursion to Palm Beach for lunch at Jonah’s Restaurant.  The... More

My husband and I stayed at Jonah's for 2 nights last week. Pure indulgence at its best. Food to die for, cocktails, champagne and the most amazing views. Worth a spot on the Bucket List for sure
