Days crabmeat takeout is great for tourists and locals. Friendly service and great fresh seafood. My favorite value for the money is the fried haddock nuggets. Call in order for pickup if you are in a hurry.

Have been purchasing lobster here for many many years. They are always friendly and very helpful. The pricing is also quite competitive.

Saw this place on the way into Freeport. Backtracked to it after going to LL Bean. Worth the extra drive. Very good lobster roll, and the steamed clams were excellent. Good food at a decent price. Picnic tables out back had nice view of the salt marsh.

No. I really expected more from this place. The staff was fine the food was greasy and tasteless to me. Partner loved the scallops but the sauces were prepackaged which was a huge disappointment. Yarmouth.Maine.Folks....can people just learn to make a decent tartar sauce!? Not difficult. I see it as simply lazy!!! I would soon drive up the coast to... More

Enjoying the ride up the coast of Maine on Route 1, we were scouting out a really good local place to eat. We were looking for something fairly quick, easy, authentic, local, very New England, not too expensive, delicious and, oh yes, a nice view while we ate. Imagine our delight when we found a small restaurant, lobster pound that... More

Chunks of fresh lobster meat on a toasted bun. Bliss. We had ours with a little melted butter but they offer mayonnaise, too. Priced right and served with a pickle wedge. Even on a wet and cloudy day we enjoyed sitting out back looking at the meandering stream and the marsh.

We stop here every year. They have a lovely spot out back to eat. And I absolutely LOVE the shrimp tacos! They are so good. We also got a pint of fried Maine shrimp, which are so sweet and crunchy and, well...delicious! One time they didn't have the shrimp tacos, so I got the fish tacos and they were good,... More

Good casual seafood shack on rte 1 south of Freeport. Very tasty, lightly breaded fried clams were perfect, as well as the haddock nuggets and hand cut fries.

Stopped by here on our way home, PLEASE ignore the road side, takeout ambiance and stop here and eat. Excellent chowder and fried fish sandwich, some of the best we've had and we eat alot of fish. Better and MUCH cheaper than the overrated Harraseeket Lobster Market 15 minutes away and Muddy Rudder next door. Great view from the picnic... More
