Here the crab cake is not a carb cake. There were also very good oysters and a pleasant service. A ten-minute drive from the highway, worth it, MD at its best.

we make the 90 mile trip about 4 times/yr from Pennsylvania to this restaurant. this place is a great example of what a true Maryland seafood restaurant should be !!!! everything from the Maryland crab soup to the steamed shrimp w/onions to the crab cakes and fluffs to the steamed crabs, is 5 STARS. this visit, we had 2 people... There's little more that can be added bout this place. The seafood is excellent, amazing crabs, sensational crab cakes, wonderful fried haddock, and a full bar with wildly inexpensive drinks. The place is laid back and friendly, and it took us all of two visits to become regulars. It's our go-to place for drinks and meals, as it is for... More
I haven't found anyone that makes a crabcake better than Schultz's. They come on homemade rolls, too. Most of the the time I get take out. But, I do enjoy dining in, too. We've been eating there for 20 years. We eat lunch at Schultz's every New Year's Eve. Can't go wrong with any of these: crabcakes, crab soup, steamed... More
We traveled 4 hours to visit Shultz's on the recommendation of a relative who lives in the area. It was well worth the trip. The service was second to none, and VERY friendly - as were our fellow diners. The Maryland Blue Crabs were fresh, perfectly prepared and delicious. Other meals we saw coming out of the kitchen looked equally... More
Always good food and service, real nice place, rustic and comfortable, Staff hustles, and does the little things, great value always has specials, always feel welcome, never a bad meal.
when ever I am hungry for crabs this is where I go. have never been disappointed, friendly service and not much of a wait for our dinner. will always go here.
This place was recommended by a friend, famous for their awesome inexpensive crabs. My favorite were the huge crabs, the crab cake and the steam corn with butter. The onion rings did not disappoint either, I would say I loved everything in the place, we were so full, I couldn't even have dessert.
I walked in I was told there was a 20 minute wait. The hostess then told me the crabs were small and to her not worth buying so I left.
Celebrated our anniversary. Dinner, crabcakes, were very good. I'm picky about my cole slaw, and I really like it here. Service was good. Very casual and comfortable.
