A Must for anyone staying in this area of Cape Cod. The wait on busy nights is totally worth it -- and it's always well-staffed during the summer so the line moves quickly. All flavors from classics to more funky options are delicious! I'm a big fan of peppermint stick.

Thank you for your kind review, the pep stick is awesome. In the winter we make Peppermint Schnapps ice cream which is the pep stick ice cream with pep schnapps and choc chips added! you'll have to try it! Doug More

This is an "historic" ice cream store that is fun to visit... The ice cream and milk shakes were delicious but only worth walking to visit... I cannot say that is the best I have ever had.

I've been coming to this place for over 30 years. At the end of a hot day at the beach I used to enjoy the sherbet delights they had to offer. Unfortunately they changed the recipe and now both the cranberry and orange sherbets have little to no flavor. Not sure what other recipes they changed. Best to request a... More

Hi We have not changed Cranberry in 30 years! We did change the Orange Sherbet 6 years ago because they discontinued one of our ingredients; however, we have had zero complaints about either until your review. We even had a review earlier this summer stating that the Orange Sherbet was the best they every had! Just to be fair please... More

I love ice cream. Can have it every day. This was ok. Expensive and THEY DONT HAVE ANY SPRINKLES! Who doesn't have sprinkles! Geesh! I had only $18 and its cash only. We could only afford 3 single cups and then had $6 left over for a shake. We spent the same amount elsewhere and each got 2 scoops. Kids... More

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Yes we are the 3rd oldest ice cream store in New England and we are a traditional store with no Jimmies. Did you know that most of the jimmies/sprinkles being served are just wax and corn syrup? Check, the first 2 ingredients listed are one of those two. Yuck It's... More

Some of the best homemade ice cream you will ever have. Hardest decision will be what flavor to get as they have so many including all the tried and true traditional ones. Don't let the line scare you away as they have lots of "scoopers "and it really moves fast.

The perfect place to end a summer night in Cape Cod! Lots of flavors and the brownies are good too! The place is open late and our Bed and Breakfast was very near, so we were able to take a nice walk as we ate the ice cream and enjoyed the full moon.

excellent place for a home made ice cream. lots of flavors -- most of them are the traditional ones you see other places but everything we had was well-made and tasted great. the setting is a old-style classic ice cream parlor....reminded me of an old diner. we went on a thursday night in august and it wasn't crowded at all... Love this place and everyone we bring here falls in love too. Fresh, homemade ice cream with seasonal flavors (can't get peach before July!) and classics. Their mint chip is a pink peppermint chocilate chip - delicious twist on the usual. Fruit flavored all wonderful because, again, made from fresh fruit not extracts and chemicals. And their hot fudge is... More

Great homemade ice cream. The portions are not huge but that is probably because it is homemade and not cheapo junk. Not a lot of indoor seating. The service was great as I have a nut allergy and they were overly helpful and cautious to use a new scooper on a fresh batch from the back. Went back again during... More

The ice cream is delicious - but it's always crowded. It's also cash only. We usually order pints and a half pint of hot fudge and bring it back to the house and enjoy it there. I've never found another ice cream like their vanilla chai, so delicious!
