UNO pizza is delicious, like everything they make. I had a pizza filled with different vegetables. Yum! The wait staff is happy, and that's also nice. And the interior is welcoming -- a nice place to be. My complaint: for almost $12 their individual pizza sizes should be more generous. Definitely not good value!!
Was seated and did not get any service for about 15 minutes. Table behind us was seated 15 minutes after us and they were greeted by a waitress before our table. Thankfully, Matt (?) the manager, had noticed and helped us right away. Ordered drinks and food and still, Rosaury was nowhere to be found. Needless to say, the manager... More
Went to Uno's for dinner, hadn't been there for years, and was pleasantly surprised. Always had the signature deep dish, but decided to have a thin crust personal pizza and it was excellent. Had the Windy City Works, a combination of cheeses, veggies and meats. Loaded with everything and great flavor. Had a side salad of field greens and goat... More
Overall good dining experience, server Justina was fantastic. Manager stopped over to check in us but it was too early in the meal. The kids pizza had empty spots without cheese and for the dessert it had whipped cream when both were ordered without. The apps are overpriced for portion. The food quality was good as it went down a... More
This was my first Pizzeria Uno visit I've never been to a new Uno's the place was packed a lot of people it was a 40 minute wait so we decided to sit at the bar and have a couple of drinks and eat at the bar started off with an appetizer spinach and artichoke dip which was very good... More
Lately I am finding the quality of their food is heading down hill. On this recent visit I changed up my order as I was completely turned off the Chicken Scampi dish that I usually order. The last one had chicken that was just inedible. This visit I tried the1 / 2 rack of.2 ribs and baked beans as it... More
My first dinner on my Boston trip had an unwanted surprise. This establishment is open late, and I got there after 10:30 pm. My server did not acknowledge me, and I had to get up, and ask the bartender if there were any servers on at that time. My server was going through the motions and did not want to... More
The servers were nice. I didn't get a clean feeling from this UNO'S. The ladies room is very small and has a foul odor. The food was a big disappointment. The Deep dish pizza is so small. They serve the food on plates with odd shapes it kept falling off. The burger was good but very greasy .
There are so many places in the area, but I usually love Uno's personal pizza. We waited 15 minutes to place a soda order. Yes, it was busy. We used the table kiosk to order chicken wings, and waited a good 20 minutes for those. My husband liked the flavor, but 10 bucks for 8 tiny wings is a bit... More
