I personally am not a Chinese food fan and always go with my arm twisted so to speak. We reserved space for 15 and were seated by the fireplace. Mom was thrilled to have us all there and the food was pleasantly good for someone like me and the buffet was fresh and hot. Our waitress (I wish I could... More

We have been to this Restaurant many times. Because we travel about 40 miles we call and check out the entertainment because we go to dance and socialize with people we know. On January 21st a band called "Rip Cord" was scheduled. Checking the video posted by the band it was great dancing music, listed as a Wedding Band and... More

Went to the Lo-Kai for a New Year celebration. Had the chance to hang with friends, while enjoying the buffet and well known, Mai Tai's. The restaurant itself is kinda dark, always make me nervous with the low lighting... The inside of the restaurant has aged and not lots of upgrades over the years, maybe that's what brings it its... We went here with my sons family and had the buffet. It was surprisingly hot and delicious. Our waitress was very attentive. We would like to see the buffet items change from time to time like seeing steak teriyaki, scallion pancakes, shrimp. Also the only desert they had a vanilla ice cream. And No pineapple, but the price is 2 dollars more on Christmas

We traveled from Hampton, NH to The Lo Kai restaurant for a change of pace. We were not disappointed. Mike, the owner was quick to welcome us and spent a few minutes letting us know hop pleased he was to see us back again. To our delight Tom Pitman was entertaining us for the evening. We could not have picked... More

I have never ordered from the buffet, but the food off the menu is superb and my family loves the place. My sister comes up from FL and orders extra food to freeze and take home because there is nothing like it down south. Drinks are awesome too. The staff are more than attentive and friendly, and if you go... More

Went here a few months ago for a party. The party room seems to be stuck in the early 80s complete with disco ball and dance floor, but the band was entertaining. The food on the other hand was awful. We did the Buffett and the food was gross. Seemed old and had no taste. There are other better places... More

My wife and I drop in once in a while for dinner, we get the buffet. Some times its ok. Tonight it was way less than that. We walked in after 5 pm, this is as a rule the food has been changed over. Not tonight. The boneless ribs were grissily and no flavor to them. The chicken Terriaki was... More

Not a bad place for a few drinks and dinner on a budget. The buffet is always good too. However, They should do some updating.. It's very outdated.
