My husband and I enjoyed our light meal in the bar area over looking the marina. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. My bloody mary was delicious, baked oysters with bacon, spinach and cabrales cheese was outstanding! My husband's hamburg with fries was enormous and just what he wanted.

I go to Atlantic every time I'm on Martha's Vineyard. Neither my friends or I have had a bad meal here. The mussels with saffron sauce are amazing. On this visit, I ventured out and tried the grilled octopus. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. The octopus was grilled to perfection and was very tender. The... More

The Atlantic is one of the newer restaurants in Edgartown at about 7 years old. Great location and a beautiful facility set the mood. The food is outstanding if somewhat pricey. A great option for a light lunch is the tomato soup. The soup is great and it comes with an incredible grilled cheese sandwich. All for about $10. At... More

Four of us had dinner. Wonderful location, good service, and tasty food, but very overpriced. Not worth it.

We have wanted to stop by for some time and finally managed to find the opportunity. What a wonderful surprise. The view of the harbor was great from the patio. Our waiter was wonderful, personable and knowledgeable with good recommendations. My burger was huge, perfectly prepared and delicious. My wife loved her salad with its seafood. All and all a... The meat entrees start in the $ 50's, and a vegetable side is $11. For that you would expect an exceptional meal, but the sirloin steak I had was fatty and salty. It does not compare to any of the known steak restaurants in Boston. Yes , the location on the dock is attractive but go for a drink only... More

Great location is what attracted. We had lunch and I have to say I made a bad choice -Take the Lobster Reuben off the Menu!!! What were you thinking....wow sauerkraut Overpowered the scant lobster, and grilled bread was burnt. Wanted to like this place But have to say so many other choices to spend your money for much better food....... More

Tourist trap. Pretentious male host acted as if he didn't want us there because we were just having drinks and had dinner reservations elsewhere. He was rude to everyone who walked in the door, including the chef. Overheard one of the bartenders saying the it was the "top-rated restaurant on trip advisor in town". It's not and not worth your... More

Meal was very good and waterfront atmosphere to match. Lots of action here between the people and the boats on the docks.. Lively place; we'd return.

We spent 48 hours in Edgartown and ate / drank here 4 times. The welcoming at the door by the front desk was exceptional we were greeted like long lost friends The Bar Staff were fantastic , although had that over the top '' Hi welcome " which us Brits are not used to. Selection of Wines / Cocktails was... More
