Stopped here while exploring the historic downtown of Fairhaven (well worth a visit). It was lunchtime but we were happy to discover that breakfast was still being served. The blueberry pancakes were so delicious - more like crepes - thinner than the usual pancake around here, with perfect texture and good amount of berries. Best pancakes I've had in a... More

Went with my family of 7. We were sat promptly, enjoyed all the specials and left feeling we got a good meal for a good price. Lots of different dishes to pick from.

Some nice twists on classic breakfasts. The owner and waitress were nice. We had lingiuca hash and home made corned beef hash and enjoyed. Enjoyed the creme brulee French toast but the squeeze bottle for syrup leaked (a little weird). Feels very much a neighborhood food place. We enjoyed chatting with the owner for awhile. We agree about the criticism... More

I would consider myself a breakfast "foodie" and this may have been the worst breakfast I have had in a while. We both ordered the Linguica hash eggs benedict. It sounded pretty great, so we were expecting a good hearty breakfast before we started our day. When we received the food, the English muffins were burnt, the "hash" was very... More

Not a bad breakfast. Cute local place, but nothing special. My bacon was very over cooked and my French toast was swimming in butter. Probably wouldn't return.

I come here every year to visit my brother and on my first day here, the place I wanted to go for breakfast was Pumpernickle's and they did not disappoint. I got French toast with carmelized apples and apple juice. Both of us got hot chocolate. Both the food and service were completely wonderful. I love Pumpernickle's and plan to... More

Recently brought visiting guests there on weekday morning for breakfast. It had been several years since our last visit. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the quality of the food and the atmosphere and were embarrassed to have brought our guests there. There were only two other customers. The place has a dingy, unkept feeling and is in desperate need of... More

Nice inside but needs to be updated. Lots of breakfast options. Fresh baked pastries on weekends. Good cheese rolls with additional items. Several eggs bennie varieties. Too bad their coffee always tastes burnt. Be prepared to wear your coat during winter months if you want to eat near the windows. Tight seating.

Been in just for breakfast, but it's always good and consistent. The waitress (bad I can't remember her name) was attentive and makes you just feel like you have been coming there for years. The atmosphere is great with a homey feel. Very comfortable. Love listening to the locals talk about all the doings around town.
