I still continue to frequent the restaurant but the quality of food has gone downhill with recent menu changes. The steak salad used to be spectacular. This time the steak was grisly and there were small pieces of raw Brussel sprouts in the mix. The sprouts need to be at least blanched. The large pieces of sundried tomato are hard... More

A really nice place to spend the birthday with my family. I had one of the best burgers of my life here.

A great variety of craft beers and some darn good English fare as well very reasonably priced and the wait staff were very helpful too. Try the "flight" of beers for variety Love it.

Very poor service and food is awful! Drinks glasses were dirty, had to wait an hour for the food to come with not much in the way of an apology, steak tips were unevenly cooked - asked for Medium but got some rare and some overdone, steak pie was burnt and crusty on the outside but it wasn't even hot... Solid Brit-themed pub/restaurant. Probably the best fish and chips I've had on this side of the pond in a while. Good menu and very family friendly.

Had dined here on numerous occasions but this will be the last. After ordering a Gluten free pizza it arrived with a doughy crust which waitress offered to return to cook more! Returned it exactly the same. Manager who looked and acted like the busboy offered the excuse that corporate had changed the crust and offered a different choice and... More

Walked in last night at dinner time . Was told there was a 30-35 wait . We sat down by the door . We waited 70 minutes before they called our name . After waiting that long they sat us at a booth with no silverware. We ordered drinks . It took 20 minutes to get our drinks . I... More

Went with my daughter and her BF for lunch. I like the overall atmosphere of the place; service was ok and food was average for a chain place. The unfortunate thing is all our plates were dirty not just with typical smudges, but caked on gross stuff on the bottoms of all of them.

Order Fish & Chips and get a half pound of the freshest haddock around. They buy from the same fisherman and it's never frozen, and supposedly no more than 48 hours old. The spoon stood up in the bowl of chowder. Not much more need be said.

I have been a regular at BBC and find the new menu a problem. Only one beef burger on the menu and I had to send it back because it was not hot enough. Unfortunate when I have fully supported the menu in the past. Please bring back some of the other burgers!!

Thank Mary Louise S
