We went there on Valentines Day and need to point out they have a special “pre-fix” menu that night. As others have said this place is VERY expensive. Now truly I don’t mind “expensive” if I get a great experience for it… The only two options were $65 per person or $100 per person for the “Loves lane” now keep... More

The premise of the melting pot is fondue dining. It brought me back to my 20's when fondue was the rage, however, bringing the grandchildren here was a disaster. Everything is priced a la carte and boy did the price run up high very quckly. The kids enjoyed it, but it was too much work for me. Everyone wanted different... More

Melting Pot is a special occasion splurge. Not only is it a bit on the pricey side, but it is anything but light fare... well at least if you do it right. We have been visiting the Framingham location since it first opened. We always loved the four-course "experience," but the new menu - instead of offering a menu for... More

Maybe if you go for JUST the cheese or chocolate - but, the 4 course dinners are very pricey. Steak, Chicken, Shrimp was nothing special. It's an interesting idea - but, just way overpriced for a dinner.

Went for lunch with friends..good service and the food was good. Went when it opened so no need for a reservation although we had one. Tried the caribbean mojo cooking broth for the first time. Loved it! We will go back again

My family and I have dined here over 10 times during the past 5 years. The recent menu changes have greatly simplified the ordering process which used to be confusing. A few tips: no need for a salad as there is plenty to eat with the cheese, entree and chocolate fondues; get a table with two cooking burners so you... More

Would not recommend based on the service alone. Restaurant was nearly empty, took 10+ minutes for someone to show up and ask if we wanted water. Service remained slow all night. Food was just ok. A disappointing experience.

The melting pot is me and my best friends favorite restaurant (or was I should say). Our server was AWFUL I asked for recommendations and he went completely opposite and couldn't give me input, only stated what he didn't like. The light was like a spotlight on my face the entire meal and we polietly asked for him to turn... More

Went there for dessert. Me and my friend ordered the black chocolate and the white chocolate fondue. Both came with fresh strawberries, blondies, bananas, pineapple, marshmallow treats, pound cake and brownies. What a treat! Austin, I think was his name, was our server and deserved every cent of the tip!

My wife and I went with my in-laws for fathers day and we were excited to experience a good fondue experience. The service and atmosphere were really great but as a whole the food was okay and the price was far too high for the experience. We all got the father's day special, which was the endless 4 course experience,... More
