Turtle Alley is a staple of any trip to Gloucester. Their turtles are my daughter's favorite, so we have to get her some when we come. I also grabbed a few special Halloween bags of chocolate balls and candy corn. Hugs greeted us when we presented them!

Stopped here after dinner in Gloucester. There are lots of candy types to choose from besides chocolates. This is a good place to bring a little something home for someone (butterfly shaped gummies $2, turtle gummies $2, chocolate covered Swedish fish $4). Chocolate seemed a little overpriced though - $26 / lb.

Stopped in while walking around Gloucester. The chocolate selection is fantastic and it looked delicious!! We tried some of the caramels, fudge and chocolate covered lemon peels. Loved them all. Their turtles are very tastey as well.

They have the quality of a five star(out of five) chocolate store. The chocolate dipped apricots are still my favorite. However, whichever candy you like it can only be made better by the quality of ingredients used.

Shopped in the downtown area after lunch. Delicious turtle candy for dessert. Many different varieties . Candy maker waiting on us was very patient while we decided. Will go back when we are in the area.

Anything I could say about this place would never even come close. Got a small package from a business associate...positively divine!! Handmade chocolates always seem to have that extra something...maybe because they are made with such care and quality ingredients! Cannot say enough....and what's worse, cannot figure out what to order next...

We stopped in the Gloucester, Ma. store to pick up some fudge to take home as a gift. I bought myself a square of the chocolate, peanut butter fudge and didn't try it until I got back to my B&B in Rockport. It was absolutely delicious, I couldn't believe I bought only one piece! We also bought taffy...very good also.... More

A great place to get chocolate, just the smell will knock you over. The Turtles are my favorite, particularly the dark chocolate ones.

We stopped by Labor Day after reading reviews on line. We walked from the memorial along the harbor which was a 10 m walk, it was cool inside and large and staff was very patient while our family all decided on different candies. The fudge was really good but the turtles were what we came to try and they didn't... More
