I've been a couple of times and I'm always underwhelmed. Depending on where you sit it can be drafty. If you snag a good seat away from drafts it's a nice place to sit and do work. Their big cookies are really good. Jury is...More

I have heard lots of great things about Esselon. It has that old 1970's valley look. The parking lots were full. We were there with a large party and shared a table which worked out okay. Yes, it is noisy and being in a line...More

This is right out of the 1960s! Almost entirely veggie but farm fresh, delicious food. Great brunches and lunches. This place is a trip (but no acid!) Service is slow so bring your patience; certainly NOT fast food.

Get there early for lunch or there will be a line out the door. Healthy food, lots to eat and great choices. They roast their own coffee as well

I know they serve more than breakfast, but this is one of the go-to places to meet my friends for breakfast or lunch. Very informal--you may share a big table or not. A little loud inside but the porch is wonderful in all weather. And...More

This cafe has always been a favorite! The staff are friendly and although it is always busy the service is wonderful. The food is fresh --they have vegetarian and vegan choices.
