Great place! Cool Bohemian atmosphere. Very good food, especially the tomato bisque soup and grilled cheese sandwich.

Located at the beginning of Hadley, a few minutes driving from Amherst downtown. Nice selection of sandwiches and brunch options. Decent prices and pleasant to sit outdoors. Good for kids too.

We went here just for coffee. Excellent! Great atmosphere, friendly, efficient staff. I drink mostly decaf coffee and the Mexican beans are the best I've had. Bought some to take home. You can also order their coffee online.

It's been a while since I was last to Esselon. In the past, sometimes the food had been under-seasoned for my taste so I hadn't rushed back. However the evening was beautiful and we were interested in eating outdoors. This night we had two exceptionally fine meals in a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden; birds atwitter. We had 2 of... More

We ate lightly - a salad topped with Grilled Salmon and a Blue Cheese and Bacon Burger with a side of salad. Everything was fresh and yummy - both grilled to perfection. You order at the counter and they serve you at your table - I always feel that the tips should reflect that you are not getting full service... More

The best brunch in the valley! The eggs benedict is to die for. The iced cafe mocha is amazing - they use malt in their mocha! Always delicious and always busy, so plan to stay a while!
