Friendly service and great clams!!! We stopped in on our trip from Rowley to Salem. They have clam strips and native clams. We opted for the clam strips. They were absolutely delicious. Sweet and the batter was perfect. Light and not greasy. Definitely a must...More

OK, so this place is famous and claims to have invented the fried clam---as has at least 6 other restaurants in this area. But that reputation pays off--- if you visit in the summer or fall you'll have a wait. We've lived in the area...More

Clams and fish were fresh and prepared well. Paper plates and everything you would expect. They do not have Whole lobsters so choose elsewhere if you want one!!

This was stop #3 on our clam shack tour. We arrived 20 minutes prior to opening and there were about 20 people ahead of us (including friends from VT, total chance encounter!) It was a delicious fried clam experience, among the best we have tried...

I didn't think I liked whole-belly clams, but the lady next to us in line said the trick is to ask if they're small. These were, and they were delicious. Perfect fries, crispy lightly-battered "o" rings, and more. Prices are high, but that's a reflection...More

Best fried clams in the area Very busy, might have a long wait, but worth it. They have all kinds of fried fish. Fries are terrific.

No , they do not, unless things changed since last year. Their seafood is out of this world, although it is expensive but worth it. We ordered it to go, and took it back to the hotel we stayed at, and ate it there, with beer... More
