something about the place just doesn't feel clean or very appetizing. the bench seats need some work. the food is ok just. often a long line to order. cookies are out in the open. seating area on the way to the bathrooms not appealing.

I took advantage of a coupon for a free coffee mug and the server graciously allowed me to fill it with coffee. I have enjoyed their pastries for a long time, my favorites being cinnamon scones and bear claws. Very clean, but lines are way too long at lunch time. Good for them, not for me.

I agree with another reviewer that the protocol for food handling was questionable. We are not from MA so maybe the rules are different? The food handlers did not wear gloves, hair was not pulled back. Small things that could present a health concern or outbreak of an infectious disease. I personally thought the staff did not care who or... More

After so many years waiting to try sweet cheese croissant, finally I made it at Au Bon Pain Natick Mall and it's still the same as years before. Chocolate croissant is also best. Wish to come back to Au Bon Pain again sometimes.

I was shocked when I came to this location. We stopped by for a quick bite whilst we were shopping at the mall. I asked for a salad that came with a piece of bread. I chose the plain whole grain and got given a flavored piece of bread. I realized about 5 minutes into the meal. I went to... More

Funny to see the word NEW on the sign out front. They seemed to disappear and now they've come back... my favorite item they sell so am glad to see. Nice ABP, like the decor, location right in the middle of the action in the mall.

This place is a typical Au Bon Pain. Not wild about the coffee here... but like some of their pastry items. Fresh and fairly priced compared to some of the other spots. Great Location.

Au bon pain is what it is...fine for a quick pit stop...however, the staff need a kick up the you know what...there must have been 6 of them avoiding doing any work whilst the queue got longer...manager, where are you?

We ate here one afternoon. It was quick and great! Their iced tea was really good. We had the goji berry iced tea and it was delicious you didn't even have to add sugar.
