Sunday, May 6, 2018: We enjoyed our meal at your wonderful Inn on Sunday night. The food was superb, our wait staff was most courteous, and the setting overlooking your water garden was magnificent. Can't wait to return.

This restaurant advertises itself as having "small intimate rooms" so that is what we expected. Instead we were placed in a large room with a very large party in it. The tables were so close together the waiters had trouble navigating between them and we...More

The Captain Linnell House staff went the extra mile to accommodate our large Easter dinner party. The service was very good, and the meals were over the top. They were tasteful, innovative but not cutesy, and delicious. Quality ingredients and a superb chef! I recommend...More

Set in an historic sea captain’s Greek Revival Home of the 1830’s, the atmosphere is sublime and reception gracious. Fine dining on Cape Cod is better nowhere. The menu abounds with creative, yet classic presentations of not only a variety of expected sea creatures, but...More

Celebrating our 30th anniversary, the historic 1840 Captain Linnell House is home to Cape Cod's most distinguished fine dining restaurant as well as an award winning Cape Cod wedding, rehearsal dinner, and corporate venue site. We are located in Orleans, MA around the corner from Skaket Beach, a picturesque setting for a Cape Cod beach wedding ceremony. The Captain Linnell House is chef owned and offers expertly prepared classic fare - from iced Wellfleet oysters, escargot and baby kale salad, to entrees of rack of lamb, Black Angus prime rib, roast duckling with fresh raspberries, scrod n' parchment, and much more. We go as local and organic as possible. A three course $35.00 Prix Fixe Menu is offered from Mid-September thru June. Enjoy dining in one of our unique dining rooms. Our garden room looks out over a spacious lawn with the sunset in the distance. Fireplaces grace the other two. We are off the beaten path but finding us is memorable!
