Always looking forward to returning to this restaurant when travelling to this area. The food whether its a clam strip plate or a lobster roll is always great and reasonable. The servings are always consistent in quality. Been coming for years and always looking forward to returning.

I will start by saying the prices are low and they give you a lot of food. The fried shrimp are very plan, no taste at all it is just breaded with no seasoning and fried. The do not carry cocktail sauce only tarter. If you are hungry and need a cheap meal maybe a good stop especially if you... More

The best roast beef sandwich on the planet. Toasted roll, warm roast beef. Perfection. They also have a real Haddock sandwich, not a random fish sandwich but real Haddock.

I just finished dinner at Land and Sea. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The menu is fairly inviting. The surrounds are pleasant enough. What struck me most negatively was the apathy surrounding the food. I had a Greek Salad with Roast Beef. I have no idea what made the contents of my plastic container to be a "Greek Salad"... More

We love the cheeseburger plates and we often order shakes. Always hits the spot! Plenty of fries and onion rings too!

I do not get back to this area like I did in the past. I was a fan of the land and sea so when looking for a lunch we stopped there. Everything was the same clean , nice dining room with friendly service. The one thing I did notice that changed was the portions. I got the roast beef... More

It's an old hamburger joint turned in to a local fish place. so don't expect the atmosphere to be great. But it is a clean place with good food and very friendly people and waitstaff! You pick up your food. You sit down. You eat your food. And you enjoy your food. That's about it. I'd recommend it to anybody... More

Love the fried seafood here. Love the fried clams and the lobster roll. Hubby like the clam strips. Roast beef and Greek salad also very good. It's self serve here. Order at the counter and they call your number when it's ready. Quick service even when it's busy.
