Went here at 4:00 PM for lunch/dinner. I had a chicken salad wrap with seasoned fries and a pickle. My companion had baked haddock. The haddock was decent. My wrap was “okay” . . . not much flavor. Rather bland. Didn’t taste any seasoning on...More

The Tavern offers great choices from sandwiches, seafood, sandwiches and pizza. Everything comes out from the kitchen hot and delicious. A very attentive staff- there are nightly specials and early birds. Save room for their amazing desserts

Cozy bar with regular live entertainment and stone pizza oven. The seafood is fantastic. They should open an outdoor dining spot.

They do offer Sunday brunch, just not in the summertime. I believe it starts at 10 a.m.

First opened January 2, 1996 the Tavern quickly came to be a staple for the locals and a destination for the out of town visitors. Between the homey and inviting atmosphere created in the light of the warmth of our home and the delectable dishes presented with portions true to the meaning of home cooking hospitality, it is no wonder that the Tavern From Tower Square remains on the map as one of the areas most consistent, most affordable and most enjoyable restaurants to enjoy day after day, year after year.
