Woods is a wonderful clam shack on the waterfront. Casual and unpretentious, it's just the place to enjoy some great local seafood after exploring the waterfront.

On my last trip to visit family, my cousin suggested that we visit Woods instead of the Lobster Hut. I said OK, but regretted my one shot at a Fried Fisherman's Platter being wasted at Woods. It was OK, but I like the Lobster Hut...More

Honestly, this has to be the worst seafood experience we have ever eaten. My wife and I were in Plymouth earlier this week, and we thought we would try Wood's because it has a very good rating on Trip Advisor. The facility is not nice....More

This casual restaurant adjoining a fish market is a very popular dining spot for locals and tourists. Order at the inside cashier, find a table (or share one) and get ready for impossibly fresh seafood right off the boat!

Plain and simple, the best seafood period. Got the lobster roll and wow. I couldn't put it down. My fiancé got the crab cake sandwich and I never seen her devour something that fast. We both have been to many sea food joints a crossed...More

We keep gravitating back to Woods. The seafood is fresh, or seems so, and the prices are reasonable. You place your order, wait for your number to be called, then take your food to the table. Service is on paper plates with plastic utensils so...More

Saw great reviews on trip advisor so we tried since it was close to our current location. I did not feel staff were very friendly. They were just there like the personality of an attendant at an amusement ride. No smiles or hellos... just "next"...More

Told we should try Wood's by local shop owner. Lobster was great. Enjoyed the view of the water. Reasonable prices. Would love to visit again.

We visited based on TripAdvisor reviews and were delighted by quick service and great food. Scallops were right on as were the lobster rolls (cold), burger and special order kids boiled hot dog. Street parking nearby. Fish dishes all around us were plentiful.

I'm sorry, I don't know! Maybe beer? I'm pretty sure not wine. This is VERY. VERY casual. Paper plates and bottles of water, soft drinks in cups. The food is AMAZING! So fresh it melts in your mouth.
