If you just want fresh fish, without anything fancy (and I do mean "anything"), then this is the place. Indoor restaurant seating has harbor view. You order at window and they call your number when its ready and you go get it. Seating can be sketchy - have someone in your party grab a seat to hold your table while... More

My two daughters, granddaughters and I visited Wood's especially to try the fried clams and lobster roll. Worth the trip! We parked in the public lot nearby as we were going to visit the Mayflower and scan the shops. There is a beautiful path all along the water. But first lunch! We arrived at 11:30, a wise idea because at... More

Great view of the water from the dining room. We ordered halibut and tuna with rice and salads. The fish was delicious and the serving of rice was generous. It was really too much food. If we had known we might have split an entree. Trip Advisor asks each reviewer if the restaurant was "fast food." Not in the conventional... More

We ate lunch here and we're very pleased. The only issue was we didn't realize our orders came with fries (it seemed too inexpensive 😊) so we ordered two extra sides and ended up with way too much food. The shrimp was cooked to perfection!

Had a delicious lunch at Woods after we took a whale watching tour. It was nearby and affordable. My husband and I each ordered a cup of chowder and we shared a side of fried whole belly clams. The clams were delicious and there were plenty for us to share. We left full, happy, and satisfied. This is a causal... More

Tried the lobster bisque, very good. Cute place, very nice view. My daughter's friend had the fish soup, it was good also. We would go back.

We just got back from a visit to Plymouth and this was the place we ate at for 2 nights in a row. It is not fancy, you just go up to the window and order what you want and wait for your number to be called. there are not many tables, about 20 and not a lot of room... More

Great place to get a good seafood dinner at a fair price. Not fancy, and self serve. We had a delicious lobster dinner and the waterfront location made for its own ambience!

Delicious and fresh seafood. From the fishing vessel to your plate. Local lobsters and fish. Our hotel and others recommended Wood's. Not the fanciest place we've eaten at, but definitely some of the freshest lobster we've eaten.
