Stopped here for refreshments and had the hot chocolate, chocolate chip cookie and brownie. The cafe itself is average -- functional but pretty bland and institutional. The tables outside are ok. The hot chocolate was annoyingly sweet. So was the chocolate chip cookie. Unpleasantly sweet. The brownie too, was far sweeter than it needed to be although it has a... More

Best place in P-town for morning coffee, snack and people watching. Excellent coffee, cakes and breakfast sandwiches. Went there every morning.

I remember Joe's Coffee and Cafe back when his logo was really funny as it suggested of something else. He was located at another location and his prices was a lot cheaper then. This new place must cost a lot to lease because I was charged $6 bucks for a small size frozen coffee mocha shake. More expensive than Starbucks.... More

Especially good pastries to go along with the good coffee and coffee drinks . Service has become friendlier over the years which is all good . But perhaps the best thing about this place is snagging an outdoor table and watching the whole world go by.

Owner Scott is the cats meow. Coffee and people watching. Pastries and morning pick ons are extraordinary. My fave is the ham and cheese croissant and sausage and cheese croissant. The sandwiches are remarkably fresh and delicious. This is a must visit in the west end of town.

Expect a line if you're here much later thna 7:30 in the morning. Great coffee and an ever changing selection on baked goods. Also sandwiches and salads at lunch that are an inexpensive way to have good food in Ptown

Always nice to have a local coffee shop with good tasting coffee and reasonably priced breakfast sandwich. Terrace upfront is a good spot to watch the world go by.

Coffee, pastries, sandwiches and a great patio area to enjoy people watching. A very friendly clientele, sit back a while and meet your next spouse.

Staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly and the latte wasn't great for the price. Maybe it was a "off" day, so i'll try next year

Great coffee, great pastries, friendly help. Bit pricey, but what isn't in Ptown? I had coffee in quite a few places in Ptown; nothing compares to this place! Worth the line folks!! Enjoy!
