This was a great find outside of Providence RI in Seekonk. The ambience in the old grist mill is lovely. Beautiful little mill stream. I had a delicious prime rib, perfectly cooked. My friend had sautéed lobster that was to die for.

We've been there for an extended business lunch. Extended because everybody liked the restaurant, it's food and friendly service and felt glued to their chairs.......

We went our last night in Seekonk; wish we’d known about it sooner. We all had steaks, filet or rib eye. Cooked perfectly. Delicious salads and they also served slices of their Cindy bread. Wow! It’s built on a lake with a waterfall. Very scenic....More

First let me say the the interior of the restaurant is very nice, cozy and rustic. Other than that, the food was barely average. My husband and I went for our anniversary. It was the end of February so the fireside table was just right....More

We had a wonderful meal in a cozy rustic yet elegant dining room over looking the waterfall. I recommend the duck! Feels nostalgic and historic, and ultra refined without being pretentious. Ill be back for sure!

I have been visiting the Grist Mill since I was a kid and was sad to see it burn to the ground a few years ago - but its popularity was reaffirmed with a promise from the owners to rebuild and it has risen from...More

Prime rib was so bland. It is not seasoned at all. I have had a better ribeye at Cracker Barrel with more flavor. It was undercooked and I think they just take the meat and roast it will no seasonings. The Au Jus was so...More

this is a question for the restaurant itself, but it's a great place to do something like this and they now have a nice 'room' with bar to host such functions. it's a wonderful location!

Some of the meals include the salad bar and some you pay extra for. The salad bar has a little bit of everything so to me it is worth the extra money. I do not know if you can have the salad as an entrée.
