This is our favorite place on Nantucket. We usually share appetizers but others in our party tried entrees. A Mac n Cheese with pork belly was my favorite along with the veal appetizer. We all tasted the lamb bolognaise (so?) and it was excellent. We...More

I am not sure what was more lovely between the food, stunning garden, service and decor. A wonderful place that is a local institution and definitely worth the visit.

Sunday brunch at The Chanticleer is always a special occasion. Pick a beautiful day and ask to be seated in the garden. It doesn't get any more special than this. We love the food. The service is excellent and the wine list is fantastic. This...More

Great lunch and beautiful setting. Good service too! 'Sconeset is a quaint village in Nantucket with a nearby beach.

My family, friends, and I have been there a few times over the years, and the setting is just absolutely lovely, probably the best on the island. A couple of years ago I had the most amazing Caesar salad that was hands-down the best ever....More

Let's see why were we enchanted with this incredible place? 1.) On the quaint, peaceful and serine end of an incredibly beautiful and historic island; 2.) Housed in an architecturely beautiful former teahouse with colorful flowered grounds; 3.) Beautiful (can't escape this descriptive word) decor;...More

We ate at the Chanticleer in late September and sat in the garden. The setting is almost magical and with its S'conset location the Chanticleer is a lovely place to eat and you can precede it with a stroll through the charming village or after...More
