This place is run by a very friendly couple and their gelato is probably the best one could find for miles. The texture and the flavors are superb. All five flavors that we tried were absolutely delicious. Stayed in South Yarmouth for 3 days and went there every day, sometimes twice per day. The coffee was also very good.

After "the year that wasn't" (2020), we finally were able to once again visit Caffe Gelato Bertini -- our go-to gelato place. On our 6/24/21 visit, we discovered their Almond Fig flavor and it quickly surpassed our previous favorites (lemon cream and hazelnut). The fig flavor was subtle so as not to compete with the almond flavoring. The result was the perfect marriage of ingredients that transported us to Fig Heaven.

Treated my kids to some delicious gelato and myself to an affogato. So good!! I was thrilled to see sorbetto on the menu and also a flavor with an oat milk base for the non-dairy folks (like me). It was lovely chatting with the sweet owners and their cafe is adorable. We will be back!!

We came here with my three year old son. The small cup was the perfect size for him. We ordered caramel, vanilla, and a chocolate drizzle gelato. Everything was perfect. The gelato was super creamy and rich. This is the perfect dessert spot if you’re looking for something different than ice cream.

This is the real deal. Our family has tasted gelato all over; Copenhagen, Milan, Venice, Rome, Boston, Bonaire. Caffe Gelato Bertini is ambrosial. The velvety smooth treat is just sublime. There are NO words. When they have Matcha, get a large because everyone will want some...

Gorgeous, delicious gelato with unique flavors and very helpful staff. We couldn't stop talking about the rose, fig, and milk flavors, which were incredibly creamy. However, be aware that parking is limited.

Clean and bright with inside and outside seating.
Very interesting flavors. A medium allows for two scoops and two flavors if you choose.
Offering dairy free and sugar free. Almond milk almond was good. The pistachio was really good too. There are so many unique flavors such ad Lavender! A nice treat.

Cape Cod Gelato is my go to for a morning Shakerato or a mid day Affogato. The housemade gelato is sublime. New owner, Angela was taught the method of making gelato from a couple who hailed from Bologna, Italy. The recipe is sublime. I love the diverse flavors. Angela is always creating something tasty and inspiring.

Went there for the first time since they moved to their new location. All I can say is Wow Wow Wow.
Not only do they offer fantastic gelato (made on site) they also offer incredible pastries and fabulous coffee. Nice indoor seating to sit and enjoy your treats.
Pleasant staff good prices, lots of parking, clean and pleasant interior.
You can get multiple flavors in one cup which is a great way to resolve the which should I choose question?
FYI, there were four of us and party of 8 in front of us but we only waited a few minutes to get served.

This is phenomenal gelato and beats any of the ice cream places around. They even had two dairy-free flavors which was an added bonus. Clean place and welcoming staff. My new favorite treat spot! The pastries looked good but I didn't get a chance to try them this visit.

Reminds me of my trip to Italy. My family first tried this place last summer, and what a pleasant surprise it was! Why did we wait so long? It was absolutely as good as the gelato that we had in Rome, Florence and Venice. This is a must stop every year now!

Cute little gelato shop in South Yarmouth right near the beach! The gelato was delicious. I bought a pint for home it was so good. The help was very kind and knowledgeable. I promise you will love it!

Made fresh every day, so only eight or so flavors; but tastes wonderful. Took us back to Roma... Very friendly staff. It's worth the time to find. One of the few spots we would visit again.

This tiny out of the way Caffe was the highlight of my week. The owners were so nice and helpful and friendly. The Gelato was simply the best around. If you are in the area it is definitely worth the trip. You will not be disappointed.
