We are definitely fans of "breakfast out"..and the Black Dog continues to be one of our go-to places. You will not find a more robust breakfast menu on the Island. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service..tho it can be a...More

Every year that we visit MV have breakfast at Black Dog as soon as we get off of the ferry. It always delivers. Wonderful view, food and friendly service.

Enjoyed lunch here with a cod sandwich and the wife chose the spinach salad with blackened chicken. Had a great view of the harbor. Sarah was our server and she is great at her job, attentive, smiley. We enjoyed the Black Dog.

The friends we were with raved about this restaurant but it just wasn't for me. My meal was okay but nothing to brag about. The food was expensive. And while I know it's "The Vineyard" the price of drinks more than rivals that of great...More

Ordered a vegan dish, the portions were huge but was bland. The ambience is nice, service is good. Worth a visit for the ambience especially if you get a table near a sea facing window!

Trying not to be harsh, BUT, this is a tourist trap charging what the traffic will bear. Firstly, no drinks without food-a town bylaw. This raises the $. Second, grey goose is not served, and we were not the only patrons requesting, by far. Third,...More

That's a question best determined either by calling the joint directly or checking its website. I avoided that problem by going there for lunch.

I can't answer your question because I don't remember, but, in case you happen to get to Edgartown, there's a great breakfast/lunch place with a nice outdoor patio you can bring your dog, we did, called Rosewater. Order at... More

I am so sorry to be so late in responding, I did not notice any TV's and I am not sure there was a dedicated bar area.
