My family loves their tomato soup, Peking ravioli, variety of noodle dishes, fried rice, spare ribs and beef with broccoli. The food is somewhat old fashioned so just know what to expect. It is not gourmet. The owners are proud and provide a very good product and are kind and polite. Enjoyable!

Went there again last night. It's about 25 miles from home so we don't go often but after another fine meal, we realized that we have been going there for over 30 years and the quality and service are still as good as on our first visit. I can't say enough about how fresh everything tastes (especially the fried appetizers).... More

We have been coming here for years. Yes, it is "American Chinese" but with quality ingredients, served fresh with great service that feels like family. We have been to many Chinese restaurants in the area and this is the one everyone agrees that we should come back to!

We have had tastier meals here, but the recommended fish and appetizers were dissapointing and bland. The best dish was the bean sprout and vegetables.

We've been ordering take-out food for over 20 years from The Wok. The workers and owners are very pleasant. But, we noticed a definite drop in food quality over the past two years or so. The food is inconsistent in taste and even portions--nothing like this has ever occurred to our orders before. So, regrettably, we've decided to order our... More

I enjoyed the soup and the spring roll but the chicken was rubbery, the sauce was glutinous, the batter was stodgy and the pineapple was cold. Prices are reasonable.

I have eaten here a few times, and find no reason to come back. The soups are ok, but the mu shi was sad looking and flavorless. Pork in pork and green beans was chewy. Looking around, I saw lots of old style US chinese food, like pu pu platters with everything fried which seems to be popular here. Service... More

Had heard about this Chinese restaurant from friends who rave about the food, so being from Missouri, I had to try it out for myself. We checked it out recently, and as the place was not packed, we decided to take out instead of dine in. We ordered two meals to go, one a spicy seafood dish, the other a... More

The food is known to be very good but, personally, I am not enthralled with the menu nor its eat-in atmosphere.
