Very welcoming staff and good service. The diner was extremely busy with people waiting outside for tables to become free. The breakfast was excellent and was very good value for the money paid

The food here was AMAZING. I had the original Eggs Benny and my Husband had the Lobster Eggs Benny, we ate as much as we could until we felt like we were going to explode. The food was absolutely amazing! The ONLY disappointing part was the youngest girl working there had disgustingly short shorts on, could litterally see her butt... More

We had breakfast there on Sunday. The wait was about twenty minutes, but worth it. The Italian sausage served with eggs, hash browns and rye toast lasted me all day.

Visited Ann and Fran's twice this week while vacationing on the Cape with my wife. We had the Corned beef Hash and eggs, eggs in a basket, and biscuits and gravy. The home made hash and biscuits were the best I ever had. Also, my wife had a Dagwood club. Every dish was delicious and served in a timely efficient manner.... More

We stopped here for breakfast after hearing about their home made corned beef hash. It was out of this world! And we got great service. I highly recommend you stop here when you are in the area.

Pays to know locals. Best breakfast joint in the area. Friendly, attentive staff. Fresh fare, sizable portions, good value. Try the linguica with anything!

We has a lobster omelet and a lobster roll. There was a lot of lobster in both. Roll came with homemade coleslaw and hand cut fries.

Awesome little place with fantastic tasting food. Super friendly wait staff with humor. In this world of impatient and instant gratification, some people will complain about the wait to get in or the the slightly above average wait time to get their food, but to me that is a sign of a good place. Dunkin Donuts is across the street... More
