As non New Englanders we were happy to order fried clam platters as we were told that they included the clam bellies. When they arrived you could hardly find any clam inside all the breading. Stick with breakfast here!!

I have had a lot of breakfasts at South Street, most of them good, but lately things have gone a little downhill with breakfast. I think lunch is better.
Delicious pancakes and french toast. Go early as it can fill up on the weekends. It is cash only, but there's an ATM inside and also a bank next door.
Nice place to have breakfast. Great menu selection of old favorites as well as speciality breakfasts. Lots of different omelet choices too. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. This casual restaurant is very clean. I would recommend it.
