Always attentive to the customer and offering simple but tasty treats, variety of coffee and tea, place to chat and read. I have been going there for as long as Paul has been on Spring Street. Stop in and feel welcome.

Great for caffeine dose and a treat. Not really a sandwich place and only breakfast offering other than pastries is oatmeal I think. Fresh interior in modern building--lots nicer than the rundown gas station that used to be on the corner. Public parking across from the shop makes getting there with a car very easy if you aren't on foot.

Always a busy place. Service quick, good internet access. Food includes baked goods, sandwiches and quiches. You can even buy a birthday cake if you need one (ask and they'll get it for you) .Important to know it closes at 6pm. Parking across from Tunnel City very easy.

Cool coffee shop, very good coffee and pastries. Less than ideal wifi situation, they offer a free hour via Time Warner. If you have a Time Warner account, you can have more than a free hour, otherwise is becomes $2.95 an hour after the first hour.

Tons of coffee choices. A busy places with students, teachers, travelers stopping for a break. Friendly staff that was quick with our orders. We stopped on a rainy afternoon and it was wonderful to have delicious lattes and hot chocolate.

We stopped by Tunnel City and found easily 50 people in line, seated at tables or rushing about. From appearances, there were students, parents, professors and tourists (like us) there. Even with a line, our coffee and muffins came very quickly and a table opened up just as quickly. Coffee is excellent and the muffins were large and delicious.

Good quality and is good service but man is it pricey. Best place in town to get a cup of coffee. Also has baked goods.

First stop on a day trip to Williamstown. After and early morning drive and not nearly enough coffee I decided to grab a cortado at Tunnel City. Great coffee, clean, fast wifi, and the service is lightning fast.

Staff were very friendly, cakes deliciously appetising and very tasty, the Pumkin Pie was a cracker! For the first time, I didn't leave a tip, seriously, they placed two cakes on a plate and poured two coffees, the bill was $14.81, should you have to pay another $5 for what exactly! Got a funny look, but who cares!

Best coffee we've had in America. Great choice of food and snacks. Very studenty! Parking good in car park opposite.
