We stopped in, out of the rain, for a quick bite. My husband had the pastrami sandwich and I had the chicken salad. Both were good, were delivered quickly and the waitress was so polite. They now serve beer and wine as well. We go there often!

A consistently tasty breakfast place. If you get there after about 8:30 on a Saturday or Sunday you will have to wait for a table. Decor is a bit tired but if you can overlook that you won't be disappointed.

Always a pleasure to go here. Food is very good, fresh and full of flavor. Very good selection of entrees for all. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of Good choices in the special menus as well. The servers are long time so knows everyone as they walk in . Definitely worth the drive from anywhere. Expect a small wait on... More

For a local eatery its the perfect spot. The food is good, prices right, waitresses very friendly and helpful and the ice cream excellent. You'll quite likely see someone you know and get a great meal at the same time. For an out of towner...there's plenty of parking, usually a table, and your choice of a grilled cheese sandwich, hot... Well, the food is good, it's a little expensive-the plates are small so it looks like you have a lot on it-if you ask for something extra chances are you won't get it. Staff is their to work and not really that thrilled to be there (that's how it feels).

Nicky's is a reliable and affordable safe haven for a great home cooked meal. I often go in and sit at the counter, grab one of the free papers and have the "Thanksgiving sandwich" Turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetable and grave for $5.95. That's tough to beat. Many daily specials with a lot of seafood varieties, fried or baked. Family and... More

Been eating here since they opened and have always been happy with the food, service and prices. However, contrary to other reviews and their own advertising, Nickys has NOT been at this location for 5 decades. My wife grew up right around the corner (and we still live 1/2 mile from Nickys). I met her in 1987. Then and for... More

My grandchildren love Nicky's. they're usually there for their (very reasonably priced) ice cream but breakfast is also a great find. The prices are incredibly reasonable and their selections numerous. They offer kids breakfast selections as well. Food is okay, this is not fine dining or foodie destination. But good basic food at budget prices is always a good combination.

Nicky's is the very best of hometown restaurants. The proof is in the amount of locals who eat there frequently. Great food, but not too fancy. The fried clam strip platter is my undoing! They smell so good as you enter that any resolve to order one of their many healthier options goes down the drain.

Nicky's has been a staple of the Wrentham and Franklin region for five decades. Well known and in the same location since day one, they offer ice cream and all the food enjoyment of a small town local restaurant. Perhaps most well known for breakfast, they serve all three meals each day. It is not fancy, but it is clean... More
