This would have satisfied me if we hadn't eaten at the Red Pheasant the night before. Here we had a nice meal but the atmosphere isn't quite as romantic and cozy as the Red Pheasant. That aside, it is a nice place for dining and our meal was pleasant.

We visit this restaurant every year when we stay next door at the Inn at Cape Cod. It is a wonderful setting, cozy and comfortable. The dining experience is lovely, with an attentive staff and a diverse menu. I would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

While staying at Liberty Hill Inn, we dined at Old Yarmouth Inn for two nights. Food was excellent, service was superb. Main dining room is very quiet and romantic while tavern area is cozy and lively. The wine list is extensive and we found a very nice bottle - a ten year old Spanish red. Recommend call ahead or reservation... More

We consider the OYI to be our "home away from home". Always friendly atmosphere, good food and well-vetted wine list. It's the place where "everybody knows your name"!

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food and service is always top notch not to mention the friendly owners who make you feel right at home. On this trip we had the panko haddock which was cooked perfectly and prime rib cooked just as requested. The sides and accompaniments were excellent with each meal. Our server, Kate M.,... More

We stopped by coming back from Logan airport and once again had a wonderful meal. Service was excellent (thanks Kate M.) who was very friendly and attentive. The menu is varied along with some specials to fit anyone's taste. The panko haddock was cooked to perfection (moist and flaky) and the prime rib special was served medium rare as requested... More

We made a reservation (most highly recommended) three days in advance and were rewarded with excellent, non-crowded seating by a window. Our server suggested we approach the salad and pastry table first since there was no line, and we selected Caprese salad (they grow their own basil), fresh fruit cup, warm croissant quarters stuffed with strawberries and marscapone, and a... We have eaten several times at The Old Yarmouth Inn. Our two best visits were when we ate in the elegant main dining room, each time we requested a window table that faced the front of the inn when we made our reservations. Our first visit was for our 37th wedding anniversary and we each received a complimentary glass of... More

Headed to the Cape for the day and stopped at the Inn. So happy we did. It has a great atmospher where we enjoyed a delicious lunch. We all decided to have the daily special which was aspargus rossoto and scallops. Although cooked to perfection, I was not a fan of the sweet sauce that was on the scallops, however... More
