For a small hole in the wall joint, the food here is better than the half dozen actual sit down restaurants in the area. Go for the gyros (exceptional!) or pork chops (massive), also Italian sausage and catfish.

While visiting long time friends in Bitely, MI we went to Dave's for supper. The food was tasty and if you leave hungry it is your own fault. There is outside seating to watch the river roll by. Quiet are with good service.

Stopped for lunch in our Jeep with the dog. Ordered burger and fries (real home made fries). Food tasty and hot. They even made a burger for my dog and she was allowed to sit with us at the picnic table. Will stop again.

Well- they close next Sunday Nov. 1st for the season- made sure I got my gyro meat for the winter. See you guys next April

Visited for lunch. Neat little riverside cafe. Had the gyro and curly fries. Ate beside the Baldwin River. Neat little piece of Americana.

This is the best Gyro's that I ever had-Yes, it is outside dining and it is beautiful looking over the Baldwin river. There is something for everyone but again- it is a take out-don't expect steak and lobster.

This place is a little out of the way, but well worth the trip. I first had them when they catered a friend's rehearsal dinner and just ate at their cafe for the first time this weekend. It is more of a food stand than...cafe, but they have outdoor seating on the river. I would eat their gyro's sitting in my car if I had to--we will definitely be making a return trip this summer. We also had their onion rings and curly fries, both were good but nothing special-- the main draw is the delicious gyros!More
