Went for restaurant week. The vegetable soup with Italian sausage was scrumptious. The pasta with Italian sausage tasted like I was sitting at a wonderful cafe in Firenze. The pecan pie just needed whole pecans on top. Wines by the glass were reasonable and perfect with the meal. Service was excellent. The venue is beautiful..Can't wait to try it in... More

I am a regular here and eat at the bar or in the dining room twice a week or so. It is small, tucked away so that you almost have to know where it is to find it, has a wonderful year round patio with a fireplace, and is pretty, small, and comfortable. I think they do a very nice... More

Very cozy, charming and well decorated restaurant with every table excellent and four very different seating areas. Food is exceptional, and moderately priced. Not cheap, but reasonable.

Our first visit and we will not return. Made a reservation and they were not prepared for our party of six. The server was never around, had a difficult time communicating, took 15 minutes for our first cocktail to arrive and did not chill the white wine bottle after pouring the first round. Would not recommend the Dover Sole -... More

Food was not good. Tuna tartar was dry and did not seem fresh. Short rib pasta was edible just not that tasty. I expected better for such a nice looking restaurant.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Cafe Via. My review is slightly delayed as we dined in September. Cafe Via seems more like a trendy American restaurant with a hint of Italian. If you're looking for Italian, go to Bella Piatti. We dined outside in the lovely courtyard. The menu had some interesting offerings and we settled on... More

Americans think this is Italian. Noodles drowned in watery pesto sauce is not real Italian. In Italy the pesto is thick and less is more.

I have always wanted to try Café Via and I must say my experience there did not disappoint. The ambience and layout were relaxing, intimate and very enjoyable. The chef catered to any food allergies easily without question and the waiter was experienced and professional. The food arrived in an appropriate amount of time, was hot and delicious. We leisurely... More

We went here for a birthday dinner. The food was average, but the prices were expensive. It was nicely decorated inside, but nothing else was good. Wouldn't go again :(
