For me its was a great place to stop for morning breakfast before heading home. Good wait staff and good food. Could use some updating on seats. By looking around this is a place that serves local people everyone knew at least one or more person. To me this is a good thing because if it wasn't good they wouldn't... More

Not sure why they call this place Harbor View cuz we only saw 1 table by the window where you had a view of the Harbor! There are great views from the parking lot tho! I got a Denver omelet – 3 eggs, onion, green pepper, bacon and topped with cheddar cheese and it came with dark rye toast for... More

A little impromptu drive up north along the water, and saw this little place that looked cozy for lunch. And it was VERY yummy. Our waitress was so pleasant and the service was fast. Very good soup and sandwich. Definitely will be back !!

Little diner/cafe across from Lake Charlevoix harbor. Good servers. Only been for breakfast & it's good homemade food. Been open many years.

I walked into a wonderful smell of eggs and coffee. The ladies were overly nice and so was the food. I had eggs and hot chocolate. Their hot chocolate was bomb and very whip creamish. i love it and so will you.

Stopped in this past Sunday after a weekend in Charlevoix for a wedding at nearby Castle Farms. Initial impression: could be updated, entrance is a bit awkward, seating area is pretty limited. Server: polite, attentive (brought food out quickly for kids that were hungry and tired, lifesaver!), kept drinks filled, got orders right. Food: typical diner faire, nothing extraordinary but... Had a quick breakfast at this small restaurant, bagel and cream cheese and an egg sandwich. Staff were friendly and service was good.

This place is not a chain. The interior might be lackluster with no frills or fake country veneer, but then that's not what Harbor View is there for. The food is always good. The portions are not skimpy but not overwhelming. Their takes on Eggs Benedict are great and unique. This place knows how to poach an egg... not always... More

The sausage biscuits and gravy were very good as were the fried eggs, bacon and hash browns and toast. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Seems like a place the locals go.
