I've been five times and every time it has been excellent. Simple food cooked just right. Stuffed hashbrowns so large you might be eating them for two days. Very good homemade hash with two eggs on top. I've never ate there for lunch so I do t know but I'm thinking if they do breakfast that good then lunch has... More

Was looking for a local cafe for breakfast and Google maps took us here as it was close to where we were staying. It looks like it has been there a while, and that is part of its charm. We had great service, good food and the place was clean. If you want to get away from all of the... More

We visited on a sunday at 10am. No waiting for us, but if you have to wait it's worth it. Small but cozy resturant, great food and great service. The stuffed hash brown is the bomb!

We have tried Parks 3 various times for breakfast and once for lunch. We kept trying because people told us it was really good. Each and every time we have waited for service, waited for food, and actually once even had to wait to find someone who could use the cash register. The service is some of the worse I've... More

This is the pefect place if you are a dive advocate. Excellent breakfast at a very reasonable price. The place is a classic with the pig theme. The food is terrific. The people are great. Try the pancakes, the hash browns, the bacon (they use Plath's bacon... ..if you need an explanation, you have never had it). It's all good.... More

If you are in the greater Petoskey area and searching for a good breakfast place, you have to try Parks Place in Conway. We stumbled upon it while vacationing and were very impressed. The exterior is your typical northern Michigan small diner. The inside is tiny with maybe 12 tables so get there early, but take-out business seemed brisk so... More

It's a small little place. It can get crowded. But the pancakes are worth the effort. Thin and light. My favorites. I often have the breakfast burritos. Those too are excellent. I must not be the only person with this opinion, as most of the times I've been there the little place is full. That tells you something.
