I went to Fishbone's recently with coworkers while in town for a conference. I ordered the filet mignon with red potatoes and mixed vegetables. They server assured me many people said the steak didn't even need steak sauce... A statement which didn't sing high praises as I don't believe a steak should EVER need A1 to enhance it! However, I... More

Stopped in for a pre-game meal. Our server was so-so, but the food made up for his shortcomings. I had a steak sandwich which was excellent. The beer on tap was cold. The price was reasonable for downtown. This was my second time here. I'll be back again.

This is a nice place to stop in after work or before a game w a group of friends. Great drinks and many different beers in a friendly, casual environment. However, the food is just average and maybe a little over priced. Our group had fish, a fillet, gumbo , & sandwiches. All agreed their selections were good; but not... More

Tied to a tired hotel but a good bar. Was a welcome warm location with people on a night where detroit was very quiet.

To me is more of a bar style. The food is good but a little pricy. I believe the sitting arrangement should be with better table booths and lower sits

Too me FishBones came off as a higher scale version of East Marios meets Montannas and throw in a Cajun mix, the food was good, but I found the portions to be small and the prices to be high. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is huge, perfect for large groups. Luckily the service was good since they auto... More

Had a good dinner tonight at fish bones. We had pre-ordered. The food was hot. We had two servers, with 30 people, so we by necessity did not get served at the same time. Which isn't great, as half the group was finished eating before others were served. Everyone happy with the food.

Seriously never had such delicious breaded mushrooms. I definitely recommend. Calamari was great too. Service at the bar was perfect. Kept our drinks filled and didn't interrupt our conversations which was appreciated
