Solid three stars. Looks like it has a new name "Zacks" which is what was on the temporary sign and the new menus. Stopped in for breakfast - completely acceptable. Coffee was hot, food was prepared the way I wanted, omelette with corned beef, swiss and the crispy potatoes inside the omelette (that way I know it's made for ME).... More

The family went here for breakfast today due to its convenience to our primary location. I've never really found their food to be good but they've recently gone under new management. It's called Zach's now--new cooks, new menu and a better taste, particularly the breakfast. They've added salmon and catfish to the menu, too, so I may give them another... More

The food was very average to below average. Everyone at my table of 10 ordered something different. Most everyone's food was not attractive - except for the fried fish and didn't taste like anything special. I ordered baked fish, but it was not edible. Tasted bad. Others at my table commented on how it smelled very fishy.

My family and I live close and while there are plenty coney and diner options near by, we always choose mayberry's! Fresh food, plentiful servings, and polite service for a great price is better than any one else in the area! Try the southern biscuits and gravy or the country omelette...the sausage gravy is better than grandma's!

Resturant could use a good cleaning. Was afraid to touch the door going in. The table had sticky stuff all over the wall side where salt and pepper shackers were. The menus were gross dont look like they were ever cleaned. Food was okay.staff acted like they hated there job.

The food was edible, but not very good tasting. Staff was very nice. We never went back. Need I say more?

They have a nice "Health Omelette" section in their online menu, which uses Egg Beaters instead of whole eggs, and skips the toast or other carbs. Both their mushroom and veggie omelettes are listed as $4.99 there. However, none of this is on the real menu. When I asked about it, the best they could do is offer me regular... More

First time eating at this family diner. We took our 2 grandkids and all 4 of us had excellent meals. I had the broasted chicken & broasted potatoes. Hubby ordered veal and for an additional $4.99, brought home an order of uncooked lasagna. Kids had meals off the kids menu and got good food and jello with their meals. Friendly... More

If you want a good and fulfilling meal, then this is the place to go. Not only is the food good but the atmosphere make you feel like you're at home. We always get the steak and eggs even for dinner because it's just so darn good. We've had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and this was good too. There's... More

This is one of those restaurants where you will always be able to find something on the menu .... whether it's a salad, sandwich, burger, breakfast entree, or something more substantial. The portions are large, the prices are fair and the food tasty. The wait staff was speedy and it was a good place to hang out with family or... More
