Minus the car hops this is the hot dog stand of your youth. Hot dogs are steamed with soft buns and homemade "red sauce". Tuesday is coney day with special prices. They also have delicious root beer. They are closed in the winter

Nice place to eat a good Coney dog. Lots of onions and mustard and Coney sauce on a flavorful hot dog. All that and only$1.39😘 during the summer they come to the car and take your order and deliver. Service the way it used to be!!! You will not go wrong by eating there.

I have asked for a plain hot dog on Coney Dog day and been charged the regular price. I have asked for a Coney dog with the sauce on the side and been denied. How can they charge more for less? Prices are too high and service when they have "staff" is SLOW. Been around forever. Lately root beer seems... More

Good variety of hot dogs and styles served. It's cash only. The root beer is good though different from most places in that it's extremely sweet and essentially no carbonation. A good summer stop

I wasn't expecting red sauce when I ordered a coney dog. First of all, the person taking my order never explained that their version of a coney dog is much different than the usual around these parts. I was expecting a regular Flint style coney dog. What I got was red sauce that taste like a modified ketchup. I was... More

Great hotdogs with their own homemade catsup. It's been a local favorite for a long time. I drive from Lapeer.

A bit of Nostalgia. Car hop girl, tray on the window, good tasting Coney dogs and the poor extra chilly and onions on as requested. Great price and the soda was not watered down. Limited menu, so you don't have to waste time trying to decide what to get,a real plus as far as I'm concerned. Food quality is constant.... More

Looking for a fun place to have a hot dog and a frosty mug of root beer? This is the place! Just like the 50s, car hops take your order and deliver your food on a tray attached to your car window. During the Flint Classic Car Cruise, the wait staff dresses in 1950s attire which makes it even more... More

This place was originally an A & W root beer drive-up. The Koegel hotdogs are made in Flint and are the best! Steamed buns add a lot too. The do need to change to sweet onions, however. Also, you can only get a frosted mug with root beer and not any other kind of pop which I wish they'd change.... More
