My husband and I visited on a Friday afternoon. This is the fourth Ethiopian restaurant my husband and I visited. I ordered the vegetarian combo, as I usually do, without reading the menu thoroughly. The combo was wonderful, but I wish I had tried the Shimbira Asa. My husband ordered the Gored Gored. The beef was lightly seared and served... More

I went here for dinner in March, 2017. There were only 2 other people in the restaurant at another table - sparse for a Thursday night. Service was slow - the menu is very limited with just 2 pages of offerings without any appetizers or desserts. I waited about 20 minutes for my food to arrive and when it did,... More

Went here with a friend as i love Ethiopian food and was used to having easy access, living on the other side of the state and the East Coast. The owners here were fabulous in the hospitality department but somehow the seasoning of the food missed the mark. Definitely a family style restaurant -if you've raised your kids with that... More

My wife and I tried this restaurant for the first time last week. We had the family platter, which provides a nice introduction to both Ethiopian cuisine and to this restaurant's menu options. Our service was excellent. This restaurant certainly is worth a visit.

The restaurant has new owners and cook and is much better than it used to be. I would recommend it highly. Also a good option if you are vegan or vegetarian.

Went there on a Saturday evening, and we were the only people in the restaurant. I have been to one other Ethiopian restaurant, and it was much better than this place. Service was slow, the portions were small, and the price was VERY high. I now understand why no one else was there. Will not go back again.

This was a really unique experience. We went on a work lunch with a few people that knew what they were doing and all split. That was the way to go. I would not go back with just my husband and myself. Nor would I go here more than once a year. The service is a bit unique but part... More

A friend purchased a Groupon for this restaurant and invited me to join her. I arrived first - there was one other table of guests. In the end, I waited 20 mins for a menu then 10 mins for water. Once our order was taken, the food arrived relatively quickly and it was plentiful and delicious. However, when we were... More
