we stopped in and got seated but sat for 15 minutes. Staff was walking everywhere but nobody stopped by our table. We finally stopped someone and asked for service, he said he would talk to the hostess. We sat for another 5 or 6 minutes....Nobody bothered coming to take our drink order. A table near us got seated and got their drink order taken. That's when we got up and left. Was looking forward to this place. Won't be coming back and making sure we pass the word on the terrible service we received. I've read more reviews with the same issues.More

My wife and I visited at the bar to cool off. We had several brews - all good. My wife found two less bitter to suit her and I found what I like too. We ordered nachos and they too were great. There was spicy...stuff for those who like it and there was other stuff too. Both bartenders really took time and were conscientious to pull a full pint! Furthermore they were really hustling continuously, they were working hard. Service might have been slow but not for lack of effort. I think it is just hard to get enough staff. Due to covid it is hard to know how staff for the reduced volume. Just a thought for those who expect normal service.More

We have enjoyed this place for a few years now. Happy to finally be back. Service was super friendly. Menu is smaller but our food was still delicious. Burgers are half pound, more than enough. Fish and chips come with three good-sized pieces. Normal COVID...accommodations required. Well done on the beer as usual. Just tapped Oktoberfest. Cheers!More

Ordered a cup of soup, waited over 15 minuttes and it was barely warm; ordered a glass of cabernet, it tasted old; ordered a black and blue burger, did not taste any blackened seasoning and no blue cheese crumbles. I was very disappointed because just...for those items it was over 30.00. Many employees were visible, but service was not so good.More

Visited the brewery on a Saturday at 1:00. The brewery was not too busy. The food was really good. Had the macaroni and cheese with pulled pork and husband had the quesadilla. The blueberry Cider and Salt City Blonde was great. The reason I cant...give a 5 star is because the service. Would of loved to have the waiter check on us, at least once. Would of ordered another round.More

Okay, although it is recent post COVID changes.... The expectation we had before coming here and the actual experience, without any communication about changes is unacceptable. We stopped here on our way back home from camping up north. We have ate out a lot during...all this time to support restaurants. We have seen a lot of changes, so I checked their Facebook and website to learn what changes might be. I didn’t find anything. So we were very excited to get BBQ. But the two page menu has gone down to maybe 10 things. Disappointing but we made the best of it. And then we waited and waited and waited. We got a burger and a buffalo chicken wrap with two side salads. We appreciate the accommodation for side salads, but they were brought out after our meal. I mean, at that point, ask if the customers are even interested anymore. The burger was good. The wrap was not. The beer was delicious. The service was poor. It was especially disappointing to have poor service considering the many number of people working. Customer service and attentiveness to everyone should matter to all the staff there! Maybe it was an off day but we were quite disappointed.More
