Just called in on our way back from Bordeaux, 1.40pm, a little late for "menu de jour",but they had no second thoughts about seating us. Starters, main & dessert all served well & delicious,a small beer,25cl vin rose & a large coffee all for 36 euros!

We stopped in for a coffee after our tour. Good service, and good WiFi. The manager was friendly and helped log on.

We visited le Petit Port with my Sister who is a vegetarian. We really enjoyed all our meals - especially my sister who received a fabulous veggie meal. We had 2 delicious steaks with a glorious red wine sauce, my sister in law had the fish. The service was good and all in all it was great value for money........did... More

We had lunch in this little restaurant before visiting the Citadel de Blaye, which overshadows the area. The restaurant was very busy, but we managed to get an outside table. The A la carte menu was limited and expensive, but the plat de jour looked good and very reasonable.Three courses for €13 was good value and the dishes when served were... We visited on a Sunday for lunch when there is no "menu" but plenty to choose from "la carte" We ate light (salad) but observed other diners' plates and the whole fish looked excellent. Reasonably priced. Friendly service. Good location with a view to the Citadelle. We would eat here again

We were recommended a longer stop here after visiting the Citadel, but the longish wait for coffee and difficulty in attracting the wait staff didn't pre-dispose us to linger. Madame was hilarious and never cracked a smile the entire we were present, but this is obviously a favourite with the locals.

Very well run restaurant, with excellent service. Formule meals are a bit ordinary, but still good value for money. Dishes from the a la carte menu are better, but obviously more expensive. Great location, opposite the Citadelle, and close to the ferry crossing to the Medoc.

Authentic bourdelais restaurant open on a Sunday. Very nice menu. The staff has limited knowledge of English , but we're as helpful as they could be. Nice food

Only place we found open on a Sunday. Food bistros style, was good (we choose carefully). Staff were a bit stressed at end of a busy shift but relaxed as it got quieter. In summary it was average !
